Coastal Soul is two story townhouse. The entrance to the main level contains a covered front porch with table and chairs for two. The front door from this porch provides access to the main level which is the living area. The living area contains a fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fan, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware. This level also includes a half bathroom, a dining area and living room (with a ceiling fan) and an entertainment center with a 55” flatscreen television. Double French doors from the living room open to the tropical rear yard containing a spacious deck with a table and seating for four. The community pool is just steps from the rear yard gate. The second floor level has two bedrooms and a 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, an over sized closet as well as a television. French doors from the master bedroom lead to your own private balcony. The en suite bathroom contains a shower, a vanity complete with amenities such as a blow dryer, soap and towels. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway & is a great amenity for guests. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a closet as well as its own entrance to a private full bathroom. The townhouse has central air conditioning. There are also 2 beach chairs for your use. This unit also has a dedicated off street private parking space.(please see added information for maximum size vehicle in parking info)The townhouse is also a short walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park (best beach in Key West) and Waterfront Park.
