Summary: It was an easy walk to UNM campus with a fairly safe neighborhood. Nice private areas within the adobe walls, hot tub was a VERY welcome feature and very clean although the jets were a bit weak. Kitchen was nicely updated. Nice private areas within the adobe walls. Bathroom had old fixtures and grout, not sure what's up with the green wall coverings in the common room. Be careful of sketchy areas by Route 66.
