Summary: While the check in staff were friendly and the process was smooth, we waited almost a half hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle (called for, no driver, they were finally going to call another hotel shuttle but was going to be a longer wait). We ended up taking a taxi. Hallway carpets were dirty with strong odors…take out food? And our room had a bad odor upon entering though the bathroom was large and clean. Bad pillows, dumpy sofa. Overall the staff were very friendly and efficient but Residence Inn/ Marriott needs to make improvements on the property and automatically pay for taxis when their shuttle is not working.
