This is a very well-maintained BAYFRONT home in the popular Bayside at Bethany Lakes resort community. It has comfortable pillow top mattresses, furnishings from Bethany Resorts, and hardwood floors throughout. We have WiFI and four TVs (including 2 Smart TV’s and 2 LCD TVs), two stereos, and a gas fireplace! Also, we have two balconies/decks with amazing sunset views over the bay and comfortable Polywood furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances.

Our unit is bayfront with waterviews from the living room and kitchen, the upstairs loft area, and the bedroom with 2 twin beds. We are a short walk from the Clubhouse (about 100 yards). You can see the pool from our deck.
The living room is on the main floor with a powder room. Half a level up is our kitchen and Master Suite. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a full bath as well as the loft area. The washer & dryer are also upstairs. There are 2 decks - one off the living room and one off the upstairs loft. There are 2 dining areas - one table for 4 in the. kitchen and one table for 4 in the living room which is a half level down from the kitchen.
The Bayside at Bethany Lakes Clubhouse has excellent amenities (there's a huge great room with a gas fireplace, a sports bar area, and a commercial quality kitchen that owners & guests can use). There is an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, game room with video games, ping pong, & pool table, locker rooms with shower facilities, gas grill by the outdoor pool, outside shower, and WiFi. There is also a kayak launch and picnic area just to the right of our building. There are tennis courts and a children's playground as well. No boring rainy days here! Close to beach, boardwalk, several golf courses, and grocery stores. Bayside at Bethany Lakes is about 1.5 miles from the Boardwalk area (near the intersection of Fred Hudson Rd and Cedar Neck Rd).
