Master bedroom is upstairs on main level with king bed and attached bathroom with door to the front deck. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Entrance to the main level has a ramp. Downstairs has a separate door entrance and hosts two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a full, twin and an ottoman that makes into a twin bed with a memory foam mattress. Both downstairs rooms share a full bathroom with tub. It's a brand new build with all updated appliances, radiant in-floor heat and views from every room. The Homer spit is 13 miles south of our home which means when you come back from your busy daily adventures, the only thing you'll have to worry about is where to sit to enjoy the sunset with the serenity of trees, moose and traveling ships in the inlet.
