Summary: The hotel itself was great. Their shuttle service was less than stellar. It was essentially nonexistent. I was told I had to get a taxi. The line for the taxi's was 16 people deep. When I called to ask if I could get an Uber, they said I could but that they would not pay for it. After waiting over an hour, I finally paid for an Uber. If you have time to wait - great option, but if you're in a hurry, find a hotel with a genuine shuttle.
