The expansive grounds include a 2-acre rolling front lawn, duck ponds, and a hardwood forest with a winding brook that is visible from the pool and the decks at the back of the home. Easy access to charming Woodstock, Rhinebeck, High Falls, New Paltz, Kingston, Accord, Mohonk Mountain, Belleayre and Hunter Mountain ski centers.

The house is located less than a mile from the main road, Route 209, giving you easy access to any major highway.
