This home is located in the quiet and safe Village of Lexington and is perfect for the business traveler or just for enjoying the area. Conveniently located to Mid-Ohio Race Track (10 mins), Snow-trails Ski Resort (15 mins), Mohican State Park, lakes, retail, grocery stores and entertainment. My place was recently updated, is very spacious and comes with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This home is attached to my home, but has a private, separate entrance, fenced rear patio and off-street parking.
My home is in a very safe, middle-class residential neighborhood. There are no homes to the rear of the residence, just lots of green space. There is a community pool and kids soccer fields in the distance, so there will be occasional "happy noise". Kids still ride their bikes and play in this neighborhood, so if that is bothersome to you, you will be disappointed. The neighbors are friendly, but unobtrusive and it's safe to take a stroll through the neighborhood. There are several very nice parks for families to enjoy and quick access to a walking and biking path that goes through several neighboring towns. In the summer months, there is a Go-Cart course and Putt-Putt Golf located 5 minutes from this home.
There is ample choices for dining and shopping close by. I have a comprehensive guest book for your viewing when you arrive.
