Hosting up to 20 guests, the estate includes the Main House and three separate guest cottages arranged around a resort-style pool with generous outdoor lounging and dining spaces.

Event Fee & Requirements:
Our event fee is a flat rate of $1,800 for gatherings of 25–50 guests. This fee covers use of the property and utilities. Guests are responsible for post-event cleanup and must dispose of all trash in tied trash bags. An additional refundable security deposit is required. Lake Worth’s noise ordinance requires that music be turned down by 11:00 PM and moved indoors. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the property address with $1M coverage. Guests must also purchase event liability insurance through EventHelper (approximately $100), with $1M liability and property coverage for the date of the event, and the property address listed on the certificate. Primary guest must be 21+ to book an event.
