The entire private garden level apartment is exclusive to my guests. The apartment is a bright and spacious 755 sq. ft. serene apartment. When you walk through the secure Asian inspired redwood gate, the flagstone walkway leads you to the large back yard with a 100 year old cottonwood.
You'll go through your own entrance, then down a well lit staircase to your private living quarters. All rooms have dimmable lights.
The bedroom has a thick queen memory foam mattress with two large drawers. There are dimmable reading lights, a remote-controlled electric fireplace, a full-sized closet, 2 white terry robes, light-blocking cordless shades, extra blankets, and a Zen garden window egress. FYI - The hall leading to the bedroom has a HVAC Duct in living room with a 6' 2" clearance.
You'll have you own full-sized washer and dryer with all necessary laundry supplies (including an iron and ironing board.)
The fully equipped kitchen has pots, pans, bakeware, a drip coffee maker, a French press coffee maker, an electric tea kettle,a large microwave/convection oven, a toaster, two induction cooktops, a garbage disposal, a Bosch dishwasher, granite counters, a full-sized refrigerator, plates/cups/glasses, cutlery, placemats/napkins, a Brita water filter, and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, half and half, etc.
In the living room, there's a couch/full sized sofa bed, 2 ottomans, an electric fireplace, and end tables. There is a flat screen TV with Amazon Prime and a Amazon fire stick. The wood table with chairs seats two. Please note, there is a HVAC Duct in living room with a 6' clearance.
We share the backyard patio which has a round glass topped table with 4 swivel chairs with cushions, four Adirondack chairs with cushions, two zero gravity chairs, and a barbecue. In the summer there is fresh produce from the garden and herbs to cook with.
Dogs
My dogs are not allowed downstairs. I'll give you treats to facilitate your meetings. Even so, Chèvre will still bark at you (she is Drew Barrymore in "50 first dates.") Fauci is my Covid puppy and is very shy. Heureux just wants you to throw his frisbee (optional.)
- There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside, so use the back patio and or front deck.
