The downstairs is fully accessible with no steps between drive, downstairs, and back deck. Over the heated and cooled game room/garage there is a large sleeping area with a full bath. Property sleeps 15 comfortably. The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and all new stainless appliances. The property went through an extensive re-model and update in 2020. New floors, interior paint, quartz counter tops, lighting, fans, appliances, crown molding and more! Outside there is a boat dock with fish cleaning station.
