Only boats 16’ or less in length allowed tied up to dock on side with boat bumpers. No tying up overnight, only during the day when wind is under 20mph. If wind is over 20mph Renter is required to trailer boat in and out of the lake for use.
Please keep in mind the dock is not available between October 15th through May 1st each year. Once the weather warms up (in May) the dock is placed back on the water for use.
Please be mindful of landscaping and the lawn when maneuvering any trailer. Do NOT use the lot across the street to back up in. That is private property. Thank you for your understanding.
The owner's boat is on site and not for guest use.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. Summary: The house was very nice. The communication with the team was great. We booked this one over others because of the hot tub and the game room as we had kids with us and adults that needed a relaxing weekend. The hot tub heating element broke earlier in the week. They fixed it before we got there. They said it would be ok to use the next day. We took the cover off and its competely green. The game room. Dart board had no tips for the darts, the basketball hoop was broke, and pucks for the air hockey table were so light they kept flying off the table without even hitting it hard. The cleaners were very nice, although nothing was clean when we got there. Trash was still in the garbage throughout the house, none of the beds were made or cleaned, and floor was not swept. I called the listing number and they contacted the cleaners to come out. They made it there between 730-800 that night. The company offered 150 dollars to buy 8 people dinner in order for us to leave while they cleaned. Most of us had already had a couple beverages and wouldn't drive. We then had to sit outside on the deck for over 2 hours while getting tons of mosquito bites and battling bugs for two hours. It was very unpleasant. The house in general was very nice. Then the air on the main floor was terrible. At one point on saturday it was 82 degrees in the house. It only went to the desired temperature the morning we were leaving. Lake view was nice, dock was nice, but overall very unpleasant.
