Relax and unwind in this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located within a small community. Recently remodeled with comfort in mind, enjoy an open living design in the kitchen and living area as well as two bedrooms outfitted with everything you should need.
The Master Suite features a comfortable queen bed with a spacious en suite featuring two sinks and a shower.
The Second Bedroom hosts a queen and twin bed for multiple guest's comfort with a shared common area bathroom.
And after a fun day exploring local amenities, unwind on the screened lanai - comfortably sheltered from any pesky evening bugs.
Don't want to leave the property? Just a short walk away, cool down in the community's private pool area with patio furniture provided and bathrooms convenient for your use. If reading on the pool deck or taking a dip in the pool isn't your cup of tea, how about a game of horse shoes in the back wooded acre? Boat trailer parking is also available for guests and a beautiful, spacious dock ideal for evenings by the water. Designated parking is also available for guests at the property.
Local amenities are endless - catch a ferry to Key West, head 90 minutes south to Miami, beach access no more than 15 minutes drive, convenient shopping options, four country clubs with golfing opportunities just minutes away, and more eatery options than we know what to do with!
