Our home offers a relaxing peaceful environment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located on a cul de sac, there are very few cars that travel on the street. The neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. It is conveniently located between Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point . The Yacht Club Community Park and Beach are only 10 minutes away. The house is located on a canal ,a short boat ride to the Caloosahatchee River, from there you can reach the gulf .
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, private Master bath with dual vanity, walk-in closet, TV, access to the pool area and is located on one side of the house. You can lie in bed and watch TV or look at the pool and canal. For Privacy, the other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed , walk-in closet, TV and a slider to the pool and bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a walk-in closet and a TV with DVD player. These two bedrooms share a bathroom , which opens onto the lanai area as well. It's perfect for coming in from the pool. In addition to two zones of air conditioning , we also have ceiling fans in each bedroom, the dining room and family room.
We have a few books and games as well as a deck of cards. There are maps of the area listing plenty of things to do.
