We have a great beach vacation getaway for YOU! This 3 bedroom 2 bath Patio House is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is only 4 blocks to the ocean. Sleeps 8 adults. Parking is limited however to 2 spots on site as other full-time residents have their assigned parking. We must be courteous of them and the City parking requirements. Others must be on-street parking nearby.
Short walk to the BEACH, many restaurants and Nick’s Cigar World & Lounge as well as many other shops, golfing activities with the Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, shopping mall (with Bass Pro Outdoor World and movie cinema), Walmart, Barefoot and Tanger outlets being a 5-7 minute drive. Also close nightlife spots are the Alabama Theater, House of Blues and Carolina Opry. The Myrtle Beach Airport and “Broadway at the Beach” attractions are just a short 15-20 minute drive.
Four flat screen TVs with cable and FREE Wi-Fi provided (DVD & Stereo in Living Room)! Central A/C and HEAT! All bed linens and towels included for your stay. Rental equipment store for bikes, scooters and golf-carts only a block away.
Captain’s Quarters 2 has a modern open living room/dining area adjacent to a Fully Equipped Kitchen w/dishwasher that also opens out to a very private patio fenced yard with table and chairs. Charcoal grill is ready for your memorable cookouts! There is a front exterior locked storage room to dock all your beach and golf stuff during your visit to keep the beach outside and you comfortable inside.
Downstairs has a Large Master Bedroom with 1 Queen (sleeps 2 adults) and 1 Full bed (sleeps 1-2 adults) with walk-in closet and main full bathroom. Full size Washer & Dryer included!
Upstairs has a full bathroom with 2 bedrooms. Left upstairs bedroom has 1 King bed (sleeps 2 adults) and a private balcony/deck for an early morning coffee or after hours drink. The upstairs right bedroom has 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2 adults).
Minimum rental age 23 years unless verified active military or VET!

Standard cleaning fee is $100.
NO PETS OR SMOKING IN THE UNIT PLEASE! Guests will be charged an extra $500 if unit is found to be smoked in.
