Home is located on the ocean side, deep water canal with direct ocean access. Enjoy keys style living while splashing around in the heated pool.
Property has an 80 foot concrete dock to accommodate a boat.
Also included for your enjoyment are kayaks and stand up paddle boards which are great for your mangrove exploration right out front. We are also just minutes from Sombrero State beach and Bahia Honda State Park/Beach. Also located within minutes by boat is the “Sombrero Reef,” which is the home of North Americas only living coral barrier reef and is also the third largest barrier reef in the world. These areas make for some of the best snorkeling and diving throughout the Keys. With just a short paddle in the kayaks these beautiful reefs will be right in your backyard. Though that’s just the beginning as we also include a very large ice machine, filet table, Sonos entertainment system which plays music inside and out, WIFI, barbecue grill and an outdoor dining area designed for privacy, seclusion, and ultimate relaxation. We have life size JENGA and a ring toss for the kids or those that enjoy an adult beverage.
Relax in the hammock while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or reading a book. Fish off the dock for tarpon or watch for the occasional family of manatees.
Parking is available for 5 cars.
There is a $300 cleaning fee as well as a $150 pet cleaning fee if applicable. Small Pets OK.
