Great Views with 35' Large Boat Dock providing direct access to the ocean and gulf! Oversized hot tub, complimentary access to Pool at nearby Sunset Grills; Fully Remodeled! This is a 2 bedroom /2 bath home with loft and onsite parking for cars & trailer, dock access, fully stocked kitchen, and all new linens. Both bedrooms offer a king bed as well as there is a queen sleeper sofa & three singles in loft as an option as well. Plenty of outdoor seating with water views.
We want to give you your privacy so we have keyless entry locks; however, if you need anything while staying with us we are available 24 hours a day via your booking App. We provide a starter kit that includes laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, kitchen sponges, large paper towel roll, trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap in each washroom and dish soap. Should you require additional supplies beyond what is provided, Publix grocery store is conveniently located nearby.
Located in a quiet neighborhood next to the 7 Mile Bridge and Isla Bella Resort in Marathon, Florida. Please be respectful of neighbors and abide by the house rules of quiet hours 9pm-9am.
