Boat or Kayak over to 7 waterfront restaurants with outside dining and nightlife. High Speed WiFi, flat panels plus subscribed channels and entertainment. Outside entertaining deck over the water with floating dock (no lift). Newly remodeled in 2020 with plenty of room for the family and additional trailer parking across the road.
Overlook the water with beautiful views and pristine riverfront as two spring vents are 20 feet off the end of the dock. Great dock fishing or paddle 100 yards to open water of Kings Bay and close to King Spring, Hunter Springs and Three Sisters Springs.
Enjoy the beautiful Crystal River area by boat. Manatees frequent the dock, fish in the bay, swim in the springs, scallop, snorkel, Eco tours, and world class fishing charters.
Expect high end views and decor, with complete 3 bedrooms with televisions and closets. Two full bathrooms, and two easy sleeper sofas with full linens. All rooms are upstairs except the bedroom with the twin beds and the laundry room. **Charcoal grill/ The Gas grill in photo has been replaced**
