Condo #4 is a one bedroom unit located in the Harborside Condo complex in downtown Southport, North Carolina. The address is 600 West Brunswick Street. Local Owner who strives for you stay to be memorable and is there for you if you need anything during your stay! There are no hidden fees like cleaning or linen rentals- everything is included in your price.
Unit Four features a queen size bed, bathroom with standup shower, spacious living room with sofa. Dinning area offers nice dinette table with fold out leaf for additional room. A must for coffee drinkers the Keurig coffeemaker (regular and decaf coffee provided) and an apartment size refrigerator. The most unique feature is the private deck with a great views of the intra-coastal waterway, salt marsh boardwalk. Southport marina, two lighthouses (Bald Head and Caswell) and a great view of the lower cape fear river and bald head island. Its not uncommon to see some massive ships headed to sea or to the Wilmington Port off your deck. We think it will become one of your favorite places to unwind, relax, and enjoy a beautiful sunset(or two!)
Both condos 3 and 4 are located in walking distance downtown Southport including all the restaurants and unique shops. Stroll along the old yacht basin to the shrimp boats and have a cocktail or dinner at Fishy Fishy Café, or Provision Company, yacht Basin Eatery, or Frying Pan Restaurant.
Walk or bike downtown and enjoy the shops, or visit the city pier and do some free fishing. The salt Marsh Walk is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for great views. Two Electra beach cruisers included with your rental at no extra charge (new 3/22). You can ride around town, walk or just just sit back and relax. Local Owner/Operator - 15+ years. All linens, comforters, etc. are washed between every rental! No Exceptions!
Parking is located directly in front of unit or you can easily park in the back parking lot and use the elevator if needed.
