Perfect for couples and longer stays, our fourth-floor condo offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway where you can relax on the private balcony while watching dolphins, boats, and unforgettable Florida sunsets.
Ideally located between downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, you'll be just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto Park, excellent restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and I-275. Tampa International Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making travel easy.
Enjoy the private sandy beach just steps from the building, or take a short drive to some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf beaches. We provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so you can simply relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to extended stays, and the spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size Casper mattress for a restful night's sleep.
