Located at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip!!! Enjoy the wide-open skies from the balcony or yard. You will be walking distance from the M resort and spa, 14 minutes to Allegiant Stadium, 14 minutes to T-Mobile Arena, 15 min to the airport, 30 minutes from Red Rock Mountains, 40 minutes to Lake Mead/ Hoover Dam, 60 minutes to Lee Canyon, and 20 minutes or less from too many resorts to list!! The space
This is a 3-story home with a backyard. All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Kitchen, laundry room and living room are on the middle floor. Downstairs is a game room that leads to the backyard. There is a 1 car garage with entry into the home. The wide-open skies from the yard and upstairs balcony are wonderful for watching the sunsets. The community has 3 pools, a cornhole area and kid playground area.
