We are offering our beautiful two-bedroom home, fully furnished, for lease month-to-month this winter. It is located in the Sudden Valley's pristine Gate 1 neighborhood, situated amidst tall pines, adjacent to beautiful Lake Whatcom. You're 15 minutes from Bellingham, about 90-minutes from Seattle, and only 65 miles from Mt Baker.
The property is situated along a beautiful golf course, which is available to book if interested. The clubhouse has a bar and a Mexican restaurant, and there is a local grocery, gas station and a good pizza restaurant 1/2 mile away. A local fitness center is available, with tennis courts and outdoor pool. Outdoor recreation is shared with the local wildlife, as the deer are part of the community, so you will see them up close and often. Rabbits, squirrels, raccoon and a variety of birds also share the woods, but they are cautious, so less conspicuous. The community is safe, with security patrols, and a fire station less than 1/2 mile away. It's a beautiful place to call home, to either stroll in, or to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, or to enjoy after a long day exploring the nature trails or the nearby cascade mountains.
