Summary: Compensate for the inconvenience about the bathroom ceiling panel fell while my fiance using the bathroom 2 hours after checked in and then at 12:36 am while I using the bathroom and as soon as I got up the ceiling panel fell again. And the bed is uncomfortable but overall the staffs are very friendly and the guys that came up to my room they are very friendly, caring and efficient. The lobby bathroom needs to be cleaned both 1st floor and second floor. And no the manager didn't offer anything for the incident.
