Experience a fantastic and unforgettable coastal escapade when you book this three-story canal-front home! This splendid home away from home is located right on the canal that leads to the Indian River Bay and features 60' of private bulkhead for launching boats, kayaks, jet skis, and other watercraft. Kayak launch is also available along the dock and this home provides two kayaks, lifejackets, and boogie boards. There is plenty of opportunity for outdoor enjoyment! This beautiful, multi-level home is about four miles from downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk.
This three-story home is spacious enough to host large families and groups of friends, or maybe both! There is a three-tiered balcony out the back overlooking a great view of the canal. Balconies are accessed from each of the three living rooms, one on each level. Additionally, there are two extra balconies at the front of the home.
The first floor has a utility kitchen/kitchenette, including a stacked washer/dryer, sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and fridge; a sunny living room with a huge smart TV; and two bedrooms with one en suite bathroom each, creating a welcoming first-floor suite.
On the second floor, there is the main kitchen, living room, and dining area. The canal-view living room boasts an extensive sectional right in front of another large smart TV, offering a fantastic spot to unwind and stream favorite series and movies. There is a small nook with a chalkboard where the kiddos can play and draw to their heart's content. The kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare culinary masterpieces for everyone. There is a door from the kitchen/dining area into the living room and two bathrooms so this area can be sealed off as a suite as well.
And last, but definitely not least, the third floor can also be considered a junior suite. There are two nice rec areas with a smart TV, one of them has a Playstation gaming system (no games included), and a wet bar in the hallway. The rest of the bedrooms can be found here as well.

This is a slightly elevated home. There is no elevator. Guests must climb a set of stairs for entry into the home.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
