This very clean and comfortable 2BR/2BA lakefront unit is truly designed to be your home away from home. Enjoy the spacious living area with open floor plan and lots of natural light. Admire the panoramic views of the main channel while being peacefully tucked back in a quiet cove—the best of both worlds. Located at the 19MM, and conveniently just off Highway 54, the Lakesider sits within the Compass Pointe Condominiums. Unlike many properties at the Lake, you won’t spend your vacation navigating long, winding roads staying here. Dining, shops, and top attractions are all close by! Several very walkable, such as Wobbly Boots, Caseys, Pappo's Pizzeria, Jetz Trampoline Park, and the infamous Randy's Frozen Custard to name a few.
Dierbergs, Walmart, First Watch, Back Water Jacks and Level 5 are all within a 5-7 min drive.
As our second home, the Lakesider provides 1250 sq ft and is appointed with upgraded comforts and thoughtful conveniences throughout, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, girls’ weekends, golf outings, and fishing trips. This roomy, well‑maintained condo—with two ensuite bedrooms and added sleep options—makes choosing this unit easy. In addition, the screened‑in porch has unobstructed lake views and is a great place to unwind. It's perfect for viewing those beautiful sunsets and surrounding wildlife. For boaters, a 12x30 boat slip is available at no extra cost—just let us know when you make your reservation if you plan to use it during your stay.
