Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, flatware, dishware, microwave, stainless steel gas oven and stove and a large freezer and fridge.
Master bedroom located on the top level 3rd floor has a tub where you can sit and soak, a separate shower, double sinks and toilet.
Queen size comfortable bed, dresser and a private deck where you can sit out and relax or work from home and get plenty of fresh air.
Bedroom 2 on the 2nd floor has a full size comfortable double bed and has a street view, 32" Smart TV, storage space and private doorway. This is a nice room to spend plenty of rest time when needed.
Bedroom 3 has a twin single bed, private doorway, 32" Smart TV and a private deck you can access from the room.
Bedroom 4 on the lower level, one flight down from the main floor has a full size bed, storage bins, 32" Smart TV and the washer dryer is also located next to this room in its own private room.
The ground level has a great deck that seats 4-5 and can serve as a place for friends to get together or set up a work from home space outdoors.
Street parking is free based upon availability, we do not offer a dedicated parking spot. For longer stays you can easily apply online for a temporary parking pass from the City, ask and I will send you the link.
Independence hall, constitution center/olde city is merely 1.5 miles away. 20 min walk, quick bus/ train ride, or Uber back and forth to all the historic city sites.
You can take the subway on spring garden street a few blocks away to center city.You can also walk to center city in about 15 mins on a nice day.
