This home is nestled not on a Main Street but in the amazingly quite neighborhood of Rotonda West, Florida it has a beautiful canal in the back yard, if you look carefully you can spot an alligator soaking up the sun. Included emenities is a heated and lighted pool, spa pool, and 3 very spacious rooms with an office that was turned into a sleeping space as well with bunk bed and a pull out sofa. 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms have 2 queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with walk out to the pool from the master bedroom, and a 75 inch TV in the family room. In each closet we have a foldable twin roll out bed that can also be used. Webber grill can be used for all your sizzling needs lots of pool toys for everyone to enjoy and a 6 person table that can be used for breakfast or dinners outdoors.
