THREE STORIES OF COASTAL COMFORT
Inside, this custom-built three-story home offers plenty of space to settle in and enjoy an extended Florida stay. The second-floor primary suite features a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and ocean views—a peaceful place to wake up with the Atlantic as your backdrop.
Two additional bedrooms are also located on the second floor. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, shared en-suite access, and Smart TV, while bedroom three offers a queen-size bed and Smart TV. A queen-size sleeper sofa with a mattress topper on the first floor provides additional sleeping space.

MONTHLY RENTAL – 28-NIGHT MINIMUM
Sunset Inlet Luxury Oasis is available exclusively for stays of 28 nights or longer, making it ideal for snowbirds, seasonal visitors, remote workers, boating enthusiasts, relocations, and extended coastal getaways.
A short HOA application is required and must be submitted with at least seven days' advance notice. The necessary paperwork will be provided prior to your reservation.
DOG FRIENDLY
One small, housebroken dog under 30 pounds is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs exceeding the weight limit require prior approval.
All guests traveling with a dog must complete the required paperwork and acknowledge the community's pet rules prior to arrival. Per HOA restrictions, Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or mixes), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Presa Canarios are not permitted on the property.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
For added convenience, the home includes garage access, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, bicycles, charcoal grill, regular drip and Keurig coffee makers, and free parking for up to three vehicles. RVs, trailers, and work trucks may not be parked onsite or in the driveway.
A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and other essentials is provided upon arrival.

NOTE: Beach Nourishment Project
A coastal restoration project is expected to potentially start late November 2026. Construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8).
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
If Guest wishes to use the boat slip, one watercraft may be docked with proof of registration and insurance. Insurance must list homeowner and/or hoa as additionally insured. Please note trailers can not be stored on site.
