Summary: There were a lot of cosmetic blemishes that could've been fixed when the last update was done. Paint that could've been fixed, huge porcelain chips on the tub. Plus I had a silverfish insect in my shower. Overall the room was clean and halls smelled clean. Breakfast bar area was clean and food was standard but hot and fresh! My only complaint was I had asked 3 times for extra coffee and creamer/sugar packets brought to my room and I never got them!
