Positive: The location. The inside of the retreat was nice.

Negative: Called the manager twice before we left on our trip and never got a call back. T I also emailed him with some issues with the retreat and never received a response. The light on the microwave didn't work. Be careful with the water because it's hot enough to boil an egg. You will burn your hands. If the retreat can accommodate 6 people, there should be more sitting areas in the living room. Here is what I sent to him: I am staying at your unit until Monday. There are 6 of us staying at your property. We only have one skillet to cook with and it's not very good. The food sticks in the skillet. We don't have any dish towels. The coffee mugs get too hot for hot beverages because they are plastic. Need glass/ceramic. The front of the stove where the knobs are located was dirty. The inside of the drawer where the silverware is and cabinet next to stove are dirty with food crumbs, etc. We only had 4 washcloths in the bathroom for 6 guests. There are no extra paper towels for the kitchen. Unit didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Dryer vent hadn't been cleaned. The alarm doesn't appear to be working either. Wasn't set when we arrived and can't get it to set. Didn't have time to see everything or send anything because we have been running around for my daughter's graduation.
