"Make It So" is only 5 miles from Town and incredible Restaurants, Dreamland Movie Theater, Shopping, Museums. We are located close to the Bike Path that will take you everywhere you want to go. Having a Car is suggested.
There are 2 levels. You enter on the 1st level into a warm and cozy living room. There is a queen sleeper sofa, recliner and high top table for games, puzzles or snacks. Lots of current paperbacks! There is a Roku Flatscreen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on this level.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 Bureaus, Closet and shower bathroom. There are sliders leading to a small deck.
Second bedroom has a double bed with built in drawers and spacious closet.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, bureau and closet. These 2 guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
There is a stacked Maytag washer and dryer also on 1st floor.
Climb the beautiful stairs to the incredible open concept, cathedral ceilinged space which consists of a beautiful sitting area including recliners and loveseat. There is a gorgeous gas fireplace (available for stays in cooler months)with a Google Smart Flat TV.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is a FOODIES dream, outfitted with brand new top of the line appliances including a Danby beverage/wine refrigerator. Tons of storage. There is a 36 inch electric cooktop with downdraft exhaust in the large Quartz top center island. This island seats 4 very comfortably.
Kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need to make your stay perfect, including; basic pantry items, an electric kettle, blender, hand mixer, Coffee maker, food processor. There's even a Lobster Pot! Please help yourself to the fresh herbs and spices, teabags etc.
There is a 1/2 bath on this level.
The views from this level with take your breath away. From the large kitchen window with crank out windows you can see Sankaty Lighthouse, Alter Rock, Tom Nevers Pond, The Moors and Low Beach in Sconset. There are sliders leading to the ocean view deck. Just WOW!
There is comfortable outdoor seating and a Teak dining table.
There is a Gas Grill.
There is an easy approx 8-10 minute walk to the public stairs leading to usually very peaceful Tom Nevers Beach.
