Our home is 100 years old, but the complete renovation makes it feel brand new. The living room features a 70” Samsung Frame TV and two Quince couches. Plus, comfortable stools for extra seating. The kitchen has a Viking six-burner stove, a Subzero refrigerator and another Subzero wine refrigerator for 60 bottles of wine. There is a butler’s pantry with plenty of room for making cocktails and coffee. The dining room seats six. There is a den for a remote workers. And a full-size washer and dryer.
The front porch has a comfy loveseat for watching the world go by in our quaint residential neighborhood. And the side yard is big enough for a game of badminton, croquet, or bocce ball.
There are three bedrooms in the house, one primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The guest house has a bedroom and a full bathroom plus a refrigerator, wet bar, smart TV and Keurig coffee maker.The backyard features a private inground pool surrounded by white travertine and Chicago brick. There is ample seating, whether you want to relax in the sun, float in the pool, or sit around the barbecue grill and bar area. The long brick driveway is the perfect setting for a big family dinner. All of the bathrooms have been updated, including the primary bedroom bathroom, which features a ceiling rain shower showerhead, a bidet, and a massive walk-in closet.
The downtown Fort Myers River District is within walking distance, but you can also ride your bike, take the trolley, or call a rideshare for about eight dollars.
