Enjoy a summer getaway at Hyland Estate, a spacious 4BR, 3BA Pocono retreat with access to Penn Estates’ seasonal pool, lakes, and beaches. After a day outdoors, grill on the deck, relax in the hammock, gather around two firepits under string lights, or enjoy the indoor hot tub and game room with ping pong and billiards. With AC, fast Wi-Fi, and room for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for family and group stays.

Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in.
The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.
Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

After a day at the community pool, lakes, beaches, or nearby hiking trails, relax in one of the living rooms, enjoy game nights downstairs, or unwind in the spa room with peaceful nature views.

Outdoor fun includes a custom ping pong table, basketball hoop, and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Pocono air. Please note that outdoor amenities such as ping pong, hammock, dining setup, and basketball are weather permitting.
