Finished in September 2017, this home offers everything one could ask for. The home can comfortably accommodate 11, providing five bedrooms, three full baths, and a pull out sofa in the den. The open dining/kitchen easily flows to both the living room, den, and deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped back yard. Large front and back yards, porch with swing, deck with grill and outdoor seating. The thoughtfully finished and detailed lower level offers a spacious family room as well as a charming living room, makes for the perfect setting. Includes 4 adult bikes and plenty of baby equipment! Tenant to pay cost of departure cleaning, $650 if house is left in good condition at check out.
