We’ve tried to make group trips with little ones easier too. The home includes 2 high chairs, 4 Pack ’n Plays with mattress inserts, 2 car seats, large set of children`s utensils/cups/dishes and alarms on all doors and windows that access the pool (these can easily be turned off if needed).

The spa thermostat will be set to 102F / 39C at no charge. Swimming pools contain very large amounts of water and the energy that must be expended to heat swimming pools is substantial. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater.

You’re just minutes from the sand, close to local restaurants and bars, and near a great mix of family-friendly activities, outdoor spots, and low-key local favorites. Spend the morning at the beach, grab lunch nearby, play pickleball at Kolb Park, take the kids to Splash Harbour Water Park, or head out for a sunset walk.
