KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
- Magnificent Primary Suite occupies the entire second floor offering exceptional privacy, a king size bed and a large TV.
- The adjoining seating area includes a morning coffee station so no need to go downstairs for that first cup.
- The connecting bathroom with shower and tub has a full dressing area with a lighted makeup area.
- There is a private balcony with seating.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
- Three large bedrooms all have queen size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and TV's with cable.
- Fourth bedroom has a connecting outdoor patio, queen bed, TV and connecting bathroom.
BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment. Dock is accessible and no dockage is available.

This house boasts a 590 sq ft heated pool. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.
We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
Pets are not permitted.
Cameras are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.
