4 Bedroom House in White Marsh, Rotonda West
Make yourself at home in our luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located in the deed restricted golf community of peaceful Rotonda West in Southwest Florida.
As you enter through the front door into the large family room, with a 55 inch TV, you will find an open concept plan with a screened-in heated pool overlooking Long March golf course and a peaceful pond.
The master suite offers private glass slider access to the lanai. It has a queen-size bed and a 32 inch TV. There are two large walk-in closets and a large ensuite bathroom with two vanity sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, and a jetted bathtub. On the other side of the house, you will find Bedroom #2 which has a two twin beds and wardrobe space.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and is equipped with a 60” TV. This room also offers glass sliding doors to the lanai.
There is also a separate bonus room with a queen-size Murphy bed.
Our home will comfortably sleep 8 people.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included.
We have a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need. You can enjoy eating breakfast in the nook overlooking the golf course or out on the screened-in lanai by the pool. Off the kitchen is a large laundry area complete with iron and ironing board.
In addition to the many golf courses in the immediate area, you can also spend the day at Englewood Beach just 20 minutes down the road or the spectacular Gasparilla Island State Park. Shopping, dining, and some of the best fishing and boating are a short drive away. Close by, in Port Charlotte, is the home of the Tampa Bay Ray’s spring training camp.
The large double garage is equipped with pool toys and all equipment needed for a trip to the beach. A grill is also included for use. Great place for the whole family! SMALL PET FRIENDLY WITH A SMALL FEE.
