Property have been improved with some of the new furnishings, lots games outdoor and indoor, some decor + outdoor furniture. Great location close to all amenities in La Quinta & Indio. Good neighborhood. Lots of room & fun for everyone. Layout is 3 king beds, 2 twin and 2 queens and one full rollaway.
We have added game room in the garage with billiards, air hockey and some other games. There is outdoor games such as ladder toss, croquet, bocce ball, large yard beer pong and some balls for little ones. The entire home got accessorized with mid century beautiful ornaments, pillows and some added new furnishings. This is a large home and a great value for the price. We look forward hosting you.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
PETS: We are pet friendly There is a $200 per pet deposit. We retain $50 for your 1st pets stay and $25 for each additional pet us to 3. We will return the balance after departure and after cleaning has taken place, barring there are no damages or uncleanliness due to pets. Please clean up all pet waste. Please refrain from pets in the pool and/or on furniture.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and high chair complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice of your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement.
