The main living area has a modern kitchen with granite countertops, a large pantry and a counter with stools, large dining table, couch, gas fireplace and Smart TV. There is a separate tv room with couch, large chair and loveseat and a 65" Smart TV. There is a pool table room with 55" TV. Next to the pool table room is a Game Room with Fast & Furious driving arcade, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, foosball, and a Smart TV. There is also a basketball hoop outside. The house has 6 sleeping areas, 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first main level, has a king bed and a Smart TV, and a separate sitting area with a day bed (two twins) that can sleep 2. It has a walk in closet and privatebathroom. There is another bedroom on the first level that has a queen bed. This bedroom is right next to a bathroom.
There are two separate second floors to the house. Walk upstairs from the pool table room and you will enter a large bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a queen on top and bottom (so 3 queen beds). There is a loveseat couch and Smart TV, and a bathroom. Go through the open doorway in this room and you will find a high end queen futon, and small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small frig.For the other upstairs area, you go up the spiral staircase from the main area behind the kitchen, and you will enter a suite area. The front room has a large separate space. It has twoday beds, which is two twins each, a separate twin bed, for a 5 total twin beds. Open the door to the back room and you will find a queen and twin bed, and a bathroom for the level.
The house has cable and wifi, and AC. There is a six person hot tub right outside the sliding door from the main living space. There is a combination gas/bbq grill. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. All the beds have pillows, blankets and mattress pads. All the furnishings are top of the line.. The only thing you need to supply is linens, towels and paper products.
Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please check with owner to get a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer.

The home is a 3 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 8 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Rates vary depending on season and length - please contact owner to get exact rates if time period you want not specified in the rates section
.Split Rock Resort is only a mile away which features a water park, movie theater, bowling alley and a marina where they rent kayaks and boats..

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if it starts or ends on a Sunday. Rate depends on when and how long.
3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).
