There is space for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa (no extra charge for pool heat). It is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Naples.
The covered, screened lanai has comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, smart tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.
The living area is open to the kitchen and has ample seating, a smart TV, and bluetooth speakers with surround sound. Full view sliders open up to the lanai for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.
The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer for those of you who may need to work while on vacation.
The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful, updated bathroom with plenty of storage.
You will find everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, a kids bike trailer, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.
Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owner`s approval prior to booking.
