This is a partial home rental. The property is shared with tenants residing in front of house however YOUR SPACE is Completely private and not shared. There is one shared wall in the Master Suite, with low/seldom noise. It is unlikely you’ll see other tenants except in front yard if paths cross.
Neighbors dogs and typical street noises are usually minimal.
Pets and Children under 12 years old are not recommended to visit and must be supervised at ALL TIMES, due to the unfenced pond areas. Pets are not allowed in the Master Suite under any condition, and must stay in the Casita.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
Smoking is not permitted ($250 remediation fee).
The property has 7 exterior cameras that operate 24/7 for safety.
All guests & visitors must be approved by host prior to check-in. A visitor is any person that is invited on the property by the Guest or their party, for any amount of time or task, even helping drop luggage off. Food deliveries should be picked up outside the property, as close to the sidewalk as possible. YOU ARE REQUIRED to notify host of any and all guests or visitors entering the property. Should this rule be violated, a fine of $250 or $50/person, whichever is more, will be charged to the booked guest.
