Posada del Norte (PDN) now accommodates up to 23 overnight guests. Our posted nightly rate covers occupancy by up to 10 guests, age 6 and above. Any additional guests—11 through 23, age 6 and above, are billed at $95 per person, per night.
If you are uncertain about your guest count when reserving, only reserve for 10 guests. Additional guests may easily be added once your final guest count is confirmed closer to arrival date.
PDN is an exclusive gated estate spanning 3,350 square feet and situated on 1.8 acres of scenic view property. The property is located just three miles off Highway 15 in Fallbrook, California.
PDN offers resort-inspired grounds that include over 4,000 square feet of high-quality SYNLawn artificial grass. The solar-heated tropical pool and gas-heated jacuzzi feature a refined pebble tech finish and are complemented by an impressive waterfall and multiple nearby seating areas—all strategically designed to promote an elevated outdoor living experience.
Temecula Wine Valley, Temecula’s historic Old Town, the Pechanga Casino, as well as the Journey at Pechanga golf course, are located approximately eight miles north of Fallbrook, a short fifteen to twenty-five minute drive.
For those considering a vacation rental in Temecula, it is noteworthy that Fallbrook typically experiences temperatures about ten degrees cooler than Temecula during the hot summer months, offering a more temperate and comfortable climate for guests.
At Posada del Norte, a 17-foot privacy gate grants access to a horseshoe driveway where up to ten registered guests' vehicles can safely park.
A double entry door provides access to PDN’s expansive open floor plan featuring a vaulted ceiling living room, a dining area for up to 18 seated guests, and a spacious modern kitchen.
Each of the three spaces is cohesively integrated to promote interaction among family members within a singular spacious communal environment. East-facing windows admit abundant natural light, elevating the overall atmosphere of these areas.
PDN’s living room is equipped with an oversized sectional sofa that includes a twin sleeper, two ottoman single sleepers, a single sleeper armchair, and a built-in entertainment center housing a 75" smart TV with Direct TV access, a DVD player, and an extensive DVD collection.
The living room also features a 60” linear digital fireplace for enhanced ambiance and warmth, complemented by an 84” industrial fan designed to maintain optimal cooling conditions when called for.
PDN’s spectacular kitchen, which was fully remodeled in May 2026, is modern and elegant. Stunning quartz countertops, a professional DCS range with a double oven, a spacious 29 cu ft refrigerator, new dishwasher, a 5-gallon purified water dispenser, and all essential appliances including a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig machine, Breville espresso machine, toaster oven, and a 4-slice toaster.
The central quartz island is equipped with a convenient 30-inch drawer microwave, provides seating for two bar stools beneath its cantilevered overhang, and offers an ideal workspace that accommodates multiple participants in meal preparation.
The dining room features two 72” tables for twelve, a round game table with four more seats, and bar stools at the kitchen island for two additional guests.
PDN has seven bedrooms: five with Cal king pillow-top beds and refined decor, while the Library and Piano Room each have a queen bed.
BR #1- Bordeaux is a roomy master suite with pool and mountain views, a 52" HDTV, DVD player, electric fireplace, entertainment center, and walk-in closet.
BR #2—Anashirazi features a 42" HDTV and an open wall closet.
BR #3, Kianti features a 32" HDTV and an open wall closet.
BR #4 – Zinfandel offers an entertainment center with 50" HDTV & a DVD player & a walk-in closet.
BR #5 - La Quinta offers a 32” TV, a tall chest of drawers & an open wall closet.
BR #6 The Library - furnished with a queen bed, an elegant built-in wall unit, an open closet, a nightstand, and a bedside lamp. Privacy is limited due to hanging barn doors and proximity to dining room.
BR #7 The Piano Room - furnished with a queen bed, two nightstands, lamps, a dresser, an open closet and an electric baby grand piano. Due to hanging barn doors & shutters and proximity to living room, privacy is limited.
PDN offers three full bathrooms and one half bathroom within the residence. For outdoor convenience, an additional bathroom is located next to the pool and games area.
Notwithstanding the expansive interior communal spaces, PDN was intentionally designed to leverage the favorable climate, picturesque landscapes, and active outdoor culture of Southern California. Alongside extensive indoor seating, guests may select from two distinguished outdoor dining spaces: the Gazebo Lounge and the Redwood Lounge.
PDN's gym occupies one garage bay. The gym features rubber floor tiles and equipment including a Bowflex Revolution, Nordic Track Elite recumbent bike, Olympic bench with squat rack, dip/pull-up stand, adjustable dumbbells, medicine balls, curl bar, a 5' x 10' wall mirror, and more. Owner or staff may notify guests of required entry to access controls or stored items located in the gym.
AT&T fiber-optic wireless internet is accessible throughout the home and outdoor lounges. Service is generally reliable but may be inconsistent, and speeds can drop if many guests are connected simultaneously.
The estate offers seven distinct outdoor areas for relaxation, socializing, lounging, and entertainment. Each designed to maximize views and outdoor living with most offering a fire or water feature.
The backyard includes a Pebble Tec swimming pool, jacuzzi, an elegant waterfall, over 4,000 square feet of premium SynLawn synthetic turf, a four-hole artificial putting green, and a pickleball court that also functions as a 30' x 50' multipurpose turf area. The landscaping features flowering shrubs, palm trees, succulents, fruit trees, an avocado orchard, and a rose garden. Guests may pick fruits, herbs, avocados, and roses during their stay.
The Upper Deck, above the 21' x 31' Game Patio, has glass walls to maximize views and a large deep seat sectional shaded by an 11' x 11' patio umbrella.
The Gazebo Lounge is situated nearby PDN’s striking multi-level waterfall. The gazebo offers luxurious deep seating accommodating up to ten guests, centered on a granite-topped fire table and complemented by an outdoor television.
The Redwood Deck has exceptional views and is covered by a spacious 16’x20’ wood pergola. Under the pergola, a 12-foot rectangular table accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably. Additional bar-height seating is offered at a live-edge slab table. In the evening, a faux propane fireplace contributes warmth and ambiance.
PDN's Bonfire Beach features a propane fire pit with broken glass, surrounded by four Adirondack chairs and benches. Families can enjoy the bonfire for up to two hours daily, ending by 10:00 pm due to its proximity to neighbors.
PDN offers various indoor and outdoor games such as board and card games, pickleball, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, giant checkers, bocce ball, and others. Availability may fluctuate due to misuse, damaged, or missing parts.
The games area also includes a cedar dry sauna room, a shower and a toilet convenient for guests enjoying PDN's outdoor amenities.
The expansive outdoor granite barbecue island features a 38-inch five-burner grill, a bar sink, and a propane pizza oven.
Security cameras monitor the entry gates, the horseshoe driveway, outside garage bays, and front door.
We are typically available at all times, as we reside in the detached guest house; however, we strive to maximize our guests’ privacy we are generally available if any assistance is requested.
