MM 90 This charming home is surrounded by mature trees making it very private, beautifully updated, offering 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms (split floor plan), awesome screened in porch, car port, tons of storage, large kitchen pantry, balcony off from the main bedroom while you view shrubbery and partial water views, central air, outside hot shower, located in a very desirable neighborhood off of Tavernier Creek. All beds have full in casements so keeps them fresh and sanitary. Freshly painted and kept immaculately clean. A Minute from Tavernier Creek Marina (for all your boating needs). Bring your favorite wine because there is a wine cooler or just buy some a the local wine store. This home is close to the water, with partial water views and far enough from the highway that you will not hear road noise. It is also minutes away from shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Never a dull moment for those who seek adventure, yet quite and peaceful when you want to just relax and get away from it all. Mangrove Marina does allow daily, weekly, or monthly slip rentals and they are right around the corner. We would consider long term rental. No cats, I’m sorry I am allergic. Owner occasionally stays downstairs (long term rentals only) and is a wealth of knowledge of the area.
