Escape to this canal front retreat and leave your worries behind. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern Florida Keys home sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has beautiful vaulted wood ceilings, and an open floor concept. Amongst our favorite spots in the house are its large balcony facing the canal which you can access from the Master Bedroom, which is perfect for your morning coffee; the Master Bathroom’s double shower; the downstairs living area, hammocks, and TV; the Pool, especially at nighttime; and the large comfy Sofa in the Living Room that invites you to snuggle up with a book.

Master Bathroom: Walk-in Double Shower, Double sink, Private enclosed toilet area, Hair dryer, Linen closet, 2 sets of linens for bed, and all towels (2 sets of linen for each bed except sofa bed- only 1)
Second Bedroom: 2 Queen Mattress Bunk Beds, Dresser, 1 nightstand, lamp and closet, TV, 2 sets of linens for each bed (located in linen closet), wall to wall closet
Second Bathroom: Walk-in Shower, Hair dryer
Laundry: Front loading, top/bottom LG washer & Dryer- space for cleaning supplies. Mop, bucket, vacuum available for your use.
Kitchen: Brand new KitchenAid appliances, Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, GE wine fridge. Fully stocked, Keurig single serve coffee maker, Breakfast bar with 2 high top chairs
Dining area: Dining table sits 6. Bar area
Living area: Sectional sofa bed with 1 Full size pull out sofa bed. Coffee table, side table, chair, TV, 1 sets of linen for bed (in linen closet), Clerestory Windows
Downstairs: Blackstone griddle with air fryer baskets, GE refrigerator available, covered with tarp for weather but 100% usable, 2 hammocks, 4 lounge chairs , dining table and chairs, extra seating/outdoor furniture and outside TV, Outdoor shower, Brand New Pool (NO HEATER), yard games including darts, cornhole, connect 4, and Jenga.
For exploring, we have added 3 single person kayaks with oars for exploring, life jackets are available although we can not guarantee sizes (you may have to purchase or rent your own for proper fit) and 2 bicycles. Use these with caution and at our own risk.
Bring your boat-40 ft of dockage space available (L-shaped dock- our lift and boat are not available for rent or use and will stay) and take advantage of some of the best open water “Atlantic” and back country “Gulf side” fishing around. If snorkeling and diving are for you, take a ride to Looe Key Reef and swim with goliath groupers. Discover breathtaking sandbars and visit Bahia Honda State Park which was voted among the top 25 most beautiful beaches in the United States. If you do not have a boat, you can rent one nearby or charter a boat for fishing or dolphin watching.
**Boating in the Florida Keys can be complicated, especially for first-time visitors navigating shallow island waters. There are navigation courses online. We also suggest looking at your tides. We are located 20 miles from Key West, where you can tour Hemingway’s House, Truman’s Little White House, take your picture at the Southernmost Point, visit Mallory Square at the end of Duval Street, go for rum tasting and tour a distillery, or take a sunset cruise for an unforgettable Key West experience.
We are walking distance to the Square Grouper Restaurant and Lounge (everyone’s favorite dinner and drink spot), Morning Joint (your local coffee shop great for breakfast and lunch), and Bait and Tackle/Ice stop. You will also have access to many other outdoor restaurants with live music, miniature golf 8 miles away, unique shops and historic sites.
The house was purchased and remodeled this summer- 2023. We will continue to add amenities and bonus items as the years come. We hope you grow with us and our "Sea-Cove"!
