Using the original foundation, we were able to keep the building just 50 feet from the waters edge. The small (190 acre) Horseshoe Lake is surrounded by hills and forest and adorned by some beautiful homes. This one included. The outdoor spaces include a wrap around porch, fire pit and sandy beach with a dock.
