This property is completely walled in for extra security and privacy. Access the property through the electric gate and keypad entry. Great outdoor space for kids to play, includes basketball hoop, cornhole (bean bag toss), Ping pong, BBQ/outdoor kitchen, outdoor dinning tables, heated Pool and covered area off of pool to lounge as well.
Great floor plan for entertaining with open layout on main level with brand new kitchen and half bath. Two master suites located upstairs one including a huge tub. Lower level has one full bath, two bedrooms both with two queen beds in each and one queen bed in the other guest bedroom. Laundry room is located on lower level with full washer and dryer.
Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
