Featuring 3BR 2BA accommodating up to 8 ppl in a large & open living room & backyard, provided w/ multi-game table, bikes, kayaks, 6-burners grill, Cabana Club access, & only 2 mins walk to Sunset park, it is the perfect Florida Keys getaway for your family.

Therefore, for our 1694 SQFT property the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Violation on such policy would not only cause additional charges/fines on your end but also possible suspension on our rental permit.
