Extra blankets provided. 2 Smart TV’s in main floor and 1 upstairs in Loft. There is another tv located by the simulator but it is dedicated for that station.
* RV Hookup is available outside house 2 if bringing a RV to the property

Max occupancy is 20 overnight guests. If hosting a event must be approved by host beforehand and a fee of 500.00 is applied. You are allowed additional 30 guests till 10 PM. Any guests that visit the property that are not overnight guests will constitute as a event fee.
