You must agree to ALL of our house rules to stay in our place. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in deductions from your security deposit (or other penalties).
House Rules:
○ No local renters.
○ No Smoking in the home. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc. An extra cleaning fee of up to $500 will be applied.
○ Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. Failure to register guests will incur an Extra Guest fee of $200 per person.
○ No Parties or Events. If guests are found to have had a party or event which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges (Up to $1,500), and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, POLICE WILL BE CALLED & GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.
○ Guests should not use the premises for illegal activities. Smoking marijuana in Texas is illegal. The authorities will be called, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.
○ All bookings require a driver's license prior to check-in. No exceptions.
○ No pets allowed without prior written permission.
○ No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless discussed with the host 5 days in advance of your stay.
○ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals & snacks in the kitchen or dining area. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged AND guests will be 100% responsible for damaged linens.
○ Please wash your dishes after use.
○ Do not use white towels, white hand towels, or white rags to remove make-up. Please use the make-up remover pads or grey charcoal rags provided in the bathroom. There will be an additional charge to replace stained items.
○ If you have a spray-on or self-tanning, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur extra costs to replace.
○ Quiet time is from 9 pm to 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood with families that have little kids so we ask you not to make noise outside after 9 pm.
○ Guests should dispose of the garbage in provided trash cans.
○ Check-in time is 4 pm.
○ Check-out time is 10 am. A $75 late check-out fee will apply.
○ Lastly, because this is a Short-Term Rental, not a hotel, and is also our property, please be respectful and keep it clean before you leave.
