Relax, unwind, and create new family memories at Ferry's Landing, a modern farmhouse inspired home with a private and professionally maintained 18' x 36' heated saltwater pool with mineral sanitizer (i.e. less chlorine and healthier feeling swim). Along with a indoor/outdoor pool house complete with TV, lounging/dining area, bathroom, outdoor shower, and gas fireplace. Unplug by the pool, swim under the stars, and enjoy meals al fresco in the outdoor dining area and large backyard!
Ferry’s Landing is located in an ideal spot halfway between downtown Saugatuck and Oval Beach and within walking distance to downtown Douglas coffee spots and restaurants. With so much to do at the home, it’s a perfect family fun time getaway.
Enjoy small town experiences and take a 1 minute walk to Woosah beach store to rent bikes or grab a morning espresso at the Outdoor Coffee Co. When it's time for lunch take a 2 minute walk to the iconic Root Beer Barrel for hot dogs and floats or a 5 minute walk to the Farmhouse Deli.
Once inside, you'll be charmed by the details of each space, offering a unique personality for every guest. The large kitchen has upgraded appliances and a center island with a breakfast bar. A large dining room table with view of the pool allows you to gather the whole group for family-style meals.
There are 3 different places to watch your favorite Netflix show or enjoy a baseball or summer blockbuster - basement lounge, main floor living room with gas fireplace and the pool house lounge. Stream poolside, outside or anywhere in the house with professionally installed Wi-Fi network.
When it's time to retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, all but 2 have their own bathrooms, making this an extremely spacious home for groups of 10.
2 full size cribs and 2 highchairs (inquire for more info) are available for the little ones, as well beach chairs, wagon, and beach umbrella.
A note from the homeowners: Thanks for your interest in our home! We absolutely adore our home and the Douglas/Saugatuck area. The area is rich in natural beauty, culture, art, and farm to table food. We use this home as a getaway with our family and young children throughout the year and are offering a limited number of weekly (Friday – Friday) rentals each summer from the last week in June to Labor Day. We have a rental agreement that outlines the house rules that must be read, agreed upon, and signed by the primary guest who is making the reservation. If you have any questions about the home or the area please don't hesitate to ask!

Gorgeous Sunsets - Walk or bike along the Beach to Bayou Trail to the lakefront/Douglas Beach (0.8 miles) to watch a sunset.
